With only a week left bago magsimula ang The Last Prince on GMA Telebabad, Kris Bernal and Aljur Abrenica are understandably excited. "Very excited kami, and talagang full of enthusiasm kami sa project na 'to," sambit nga ni Kris sa iGMA.tv. "We really wish na maging successful siya."
Dugtong ni Kris, "very thankful talaga kami sa GMA for giving us a big prime time show—opening salvo pa for 2010." Biro nga ng dalaga, "hindi pa enough ang thank you. [Kaya] kami, in return, gagawin namin 'yung best namin. At talagang pagagandahin namin at pagbubutihan namin."
Aljur seconds Kris's gratitude. "Siyempre po, very thankful po kami dahil sa tiwala na binibigay nila sa amin." He adds that he also wants to thank the Lord, "dahil unti-unting natutupad po 'yung mga pangarap namin. Wala po kaming masabi kung hindi: 'Salamat. Salamat sa GMA.'
"Huwag po sila mag-aalala; gagawin po namin ang lahat ng makakaya namin dito."
The Last Prince holds its grand press launch tonight, January 5. Pero nagbigay na ng ilang reasons sina Aljur at Kris kung bakit dapat panoorin ang kanilang bagong show.
Aljur says that the show is a fantasy series, the first one GMA is launching on the prime time block since Darna, and the first original fantasy story since Luna Mystika.
"Iba't-ibang stories po ng faerie tales ang makikita nila sa The Last Prince," Aljur tells us. That's number one. Number two is the costumes, and number three is the effects. "Ibang klase, ang galing." As for number four, it also shows a very different Kris Bernal.
Kuwento sa amin ni Kris, "ngayon mas gusto nila 'yung may konting sensual sa akin. Like, pag nagsasalita ako, gusto ni Direk [Mac Alejandre] may hangin. 'yung may konting sexy? 'Yung tayo ko, 'yung kilos ko, gusto nila may konting landi. Pati 'yung pananamit ko, tinitingnan nila. Gusto nila medyo nagpapakita na ako ng skin. Pati sa boses ko, ayaw na nila 'yung matinis, ayaw na nila 'yung mataas, gusto nila 'yung dalagang-dalaga na."
Bukod sa apat na reasons na ito, marami pang bago ang mapapanood sa The Last Prince. At hindi na matagal ang hihintayin natin para mapanood ito dahil The Last Prince comes to GMA Telebabad this January 11.

Iba talaga ang concept ng fantaseryeng ito....... Iba talaga ang GMA. Walang katulad sa pagbuo ng panibagong show. Actually I love to see fantaserye maramig akong natutunan.

thanks gma for giving alkris another project i hope you continue supporting their loveteam, if you must know they have captured a lot of followers not only in the phils. but filipinos in other countries too,so congrats in advance the last prince will be a sure hit!!!! love you alkris!!!

i am awaiting to see the LASt Prince.. matagal na rin yung last drama nila na ALL MY LIFE... eto talaga todo promote ko ang The Last Prince
