Ilang araw bago matapos ang 2008 nang unang pumutok ang balita tungkol sa relasyon nina Katrina Halili at ni Hayden Kho. Noon pa man, hindi na nag-deny ang dalaga sa kanilang naging relasyon, at agad rin siyang humingi ng tawad sa kanyang naging pagkakamali. (Click here for the story from December 30, 2008.)
But even before this interview, gumuho na ang relasyon nina Hayden at ng girlfriend nitong si Dra. Vicki Belo. December of 2008 din unang lumabas ang issue na may mga sex videos daw ito ng kanyang mga naging ka-relasyon.
According to Katrina, she confronted Hayden tungkol dito and he admitted to having footage of their intimate scenes. Pero sinigurado din ni Hayden sa kanya na hindi ito lalabas. (Click here for the news report posted May 21, 2009.)
Nagtuloy man ang intriga, pinili ni Katrina na hindi na ito bigyan pa ng panahon. And in fact, naging birthday wish pa niya noong January 11, during her birthday celebration with her fans, na makapag-move on na ang mga tao from this issue. Unfortunately for Katrina, more than three months later, the issue had just picked up steam.
There are three parts sa video scandal na lumabas with Katrina, the first two being of her dancing with Hayden. Sensitive man ang footage na ito, pinili na lang ni Katrina na hindi ito patulan. Nakuha pa nga niyang magbiro tungkol dito. (Click here for the story from May 13, 2009.)
Pero lumabas ang ikatlo at huling video, kung saan walang kaalam-alam ang dalaga na kinukunan ni Hayden ang kanilang pagtatalik.
Not knowing the gravity of what had happened, una niyang pinili ang pananahimik. But when she finally saw the entirety of the video, Katrina sought the help of Senator Ramon 'Bong' Revilla, Jr. para magsampa ng kaso laban sa mga taong naging parte sa pagkalat ng video. Hindi na rin naiwasan kumalat sa mundo ng showbiz ang video scandal, pati na rin ang pakikipaglaban ni Katrina laban sa the apology is not enough.
Nitong weekend lang, naglabas muli ng pahayag ang side ni Hayden through Lorna Kapunan, ang lawyer ng cosmetic surgeon. The laywer tells Pia Guanio in a phone interview with Showbiz Central, "We are not pleading insanity. In fact, Hayden is saying that he takes full responsibility. The act by itself of videoing a sexually intimate act is wrong. It is wrong whether or not the complainant consented, whether or not they were under the influence of drugs."
She also noted that the privacy of both Katrina and Hayden continued to be violated because of sensationalism in media.

Go Go Go ka lang Katrina......andito kami lahat sa likod mo.We are so proud of you for standing up for yourself.Sana nga maparusahan na talaga ang gumawa nito sa iyo.Obvious naman kung sino yon eh.Sino ba ang may hawak ng hard disc?natural cya and may pakana sa lahat ng gulo na ito.pag balibaliktarin man.and mag tao hindi tonto.alam nila kung sino cya.Just remember Katrina we love you all and we are supporting all your shows and everything.CHEERRRRSSSSSSSSS

Both Katrina & hayden has already paid for all the MISTAKES they have done. For katrina to love hayden was wrong & she knows that for a long time. She paid it with HUMILIATION & that will forever scar her. & happy for her too, instead of hiding she stand up & fight. such a brave girl, GO KATRINA, STAND UP FOR WHAT IS RIGHT. As for hayden I'm not quite sure if he's truly sorry for his mistakes. As what he has said, as quoted " comdemn the sin, not the sinner", what kind of words is that. be man enough to admit your faults, stop blaming others for what you have done. Your a professional, please act like one. You have a responsibility to your country & to your fellow people as well. Show some remorse to what you have done. And for vicky belo, alot of people will speculate that your the mastermind behind all this scandal, for one; you still support hayden kho, if your a victim as well, why not file a case against kho; if you think he has violated your privacy. I couldn't put a word on it, VICTIM ?. you consented

Hi!, im not a fan of these people..but, i truly pity on Hayden and Katrina because both are exploited..because of JEALOUSY and insecurities, MRS. VICKY BELO and other people behind this, we hope all of you are satisfied now. Yes, Mrs. Vicky Belo, you're right when you say, "don't mess with a guy who has already a gf"...yes, they hurt you, but only you...unlike them, you hurt not only them, but their family as well... For Katrina, just be strong and have faith in God. We are all sinners and we're only human..it's really hard to forgive but i know, God will help you to forgive those who hurt you. We know that this is a big trauma in your life..and its really good to see you fighting not only for yourself, but for other victims also. May God Bless you and your family.

I am a solid Ms. Marian Rivera fan, and may i say that I support Ms. Kat Halili in her fight against voyeuristic acts such as hayden's acts. With due respect to Kat, I never watched said videos as i feel a certain affinity to her as a woman. I respect myself that is why I need not watch said vid. I feel that those who watched said vid must have been patting themselves in the back, feeling a moral lift in the fact that it didn't happen to them (sex vid). I have made mistakes, too, and I feel that Ms. KAt deserves respect inspite of the sex vid. Hayden Kho is criminally liable and must be meted the appropriate punishment. That alone will not erase Ms. KAt's trauma of being publicly exposed, but nonetheless will make us feel that justice is served however painful the situation still is for Kat. I am one of those who support Kat and don't mind seeing her work with Ms. Marian on TV again.

i support katrina all the way. the guy doesnt have the right to treat katrina the way he did. he blames her for giving him drugs but the fact that its probably not true just makes it seem like he's an idiot. i think what Katrina's doing is very hard; fighting for her right and the other women who have been scarred by this scandal but she should keep going because in the end the truth will come out. lastly thing, GODBLESS to Katrina, I know He's looking after you in your fight against the repulsive things that have happened to you. Keep going KAT !

i cant help my self to comment on this issue, ang masasabi ko lang. i support and proud of ms. katrina halili for what you did...tama lahat ng ginawa mo pkikipaglaban hanga ako sa tapang mo!! hindi mo ako fan but im also a woman like you...so i understand how you feel...depensa na lang lahat ang cnsabi ni mr. hayden kho...but you know di talaga makatao ang ginawa mo mr. hayden...and the people behind you n pinagtatanggol ka pa mgising nlng kau sa katotohanan...ang masasabi ko lang never judge katrina for fallin inlove with a man n nambibiktima lang pla ng babae...for ms. katrina i know mkmoveon k na din..

i am not fan of katrina,although i try to search d photo on youtube,rather the video,,di ko na cya napanood,,,,but inspite of all saludo ako kay katrina sa tapang na pinakita nya,i know the mistake youve done is to love somebody na di karapat dapat sa pagmamahal na inilaan mo,,pero sna rin maging lesson syo yung trgic experience na pinagdadaanan mo,,i pray for you para yung katarungan na hinahanap mo ay makuha mo na,,para kay vicky belo,,babae ka rin,,khit sbhing lahat ay biktima makahayop na pamamaraan pa rin ang ginawa ni hayden,,hwag nyang ikatwiran na under influence of drug cya,,,dhil ibig sbhin kung may video kyo hinayaan mo cya na gawin syo rin na nakadrugs cya,,dr.. ka rin atmay babaeng anak,,hwag mong ikatwiran na if somebody has a girlfriend,

I'm really sad on what happen to Ms. Katrina Halili.. But i will pray for her na makayanan nya ang pagsubok.. Dont worry maraming taong sumusuporta sa iyo.
