There's a new show coming your way—at ang dapat abangan? Ang bagong tambalan nina Heart at Mark Anthony! Text by Jason John S. Lim. Photos by Mitch S. Mauricio.

Kilala ang GMA sa kanilang unconventional love teams; mula sa tambalang Marian Rivera at Dingdong Dantes hanggang sa Regine Velasquez at Mark Anthony Fernandez, walang mag-aakalang papatok ang love team, pero susubok pa rin ang GMA.

At susunod sila sa tradisyon sa pag-partner kina Heart Evangelista at Mark Anthony sa programang Luna Mystika.

"Luna Mystika is one hundred percent wholly created by GMA." According to Senior Vice President ng Entertainment Miss Wilma Galvante, this show is definitely an original. Talaga nga namang nababagay sa kauna-unahang pagkakataon na magsasama sina Heart at Mark Anthony.

Following the traditions of Encantadia, Luna Mystika hopes to recapture the fancy of the television viewers who followed the 2005 to 2006 hit series. And what better way to do it than bringing it back to Philippine myths, 'di ba?

Engkantos, Tikbalangs and other creatures of the Filipino imagination take center stage. At dito, hindi talaga appropriate ang pag-judge based on looks. Saan ka pa makakakita ng mababait na tikbalang at magagandang maligno?

Malaki ang nakabangko sa Luna Mystika, dahil ito ang unang starring vehicle ni Heart Evangelista, who became a Kapuso start earlier this year. Biro ni Miss Wilma, "Anong hurdle nito? When we say hurdle, anong ratings 'yung dapat nitong i-target?"

Continuing her joke, Miss Wilma says she wants the show to hit the 40's, noting that Heart seems to be getting nervous.

Pero she's not that nervous, and that's because she has faith in their product. "Napakaganda ng produkto na 'to, and syempre kasama ko na si Mark, si Cyrus—hot item siya ngayon. So hindi ako ganoon kinakabahan." Still, hindi niya maitatanggi na medyo kabado siya sa una niyang lead role dito sa GMA.

Mismong si Mark Anthony, hindi masyadong nagpapakita ng kaba. "Maganda 'yung vibe," sabi niya patungkol sa Luna Mystika at dahil dito: "Umaasa ako na magiging malakas to.”

Magsisimula ang Luna Mystika sa darating na Monday, November 17, kapalit ng Codename: Asero.

   My best friend of mine ay fave nya si Heart, and tommorow will be their Christmas party and gaganap siya bilang Celestina sa isang program nila...Cud sumbody help me to find website para makita ko ang script ng luna mystica?

   gosh!!! acoh na ang nagsasabi patok na patok sa mga pinoy ang 100% orig....lalo pa GMA 7 ang gumwa....and as of now ndi niyo na kailngn umasa na mataas ang ratings ng luna mystika...sa pilot episode pa nga lng malakas na agad ang interesting ng mga pinoy kaya mataas ang ratings nito...lagi kz acoh nanunuod ng luna mystika...bagay din sa mga artista ang role nila...sobra pinagpaguran ang palabas na yan...ajejeje...magkakaroon yan ng big break in our history ang ratings ng luna mystika...kea more power kapuso!!!

   wow..sounds interesting..! im excited about this..! so today pla ang pilot episode.. but isnt it like "Dyosa"? lol! juz kidding.. please upload the 1st episode of this... wala pa kc d2 abroad... thanks a lot! more power ;)

   looks very promising. i love mythical and folklore-related story lines. though i gotta say, the plot line is kinda reminiscent of Stephenie Meyer's sci-fi novel ' The HOST ' aside from her TWILIGHT Saga series ( w/c i'm such a total fanatic of! LOL ). The HOST deals with a love triangle of a man, a human and her alien/extra-terrestrial self. nvrtheless, i'm still gonna watch LUNA Mystica definitely. Congrats in advance, GMA-7!
