Kumpirmadong magsasama sa isang sitcom sa GMA-7 ang real-life sweethearts na sina Vic Sotto at Pia Guanio. Ito ang napag-alaman namin mula sa isang source na taga-MZet TV Productions, which is owned by Vic.
Fulhaus ang title ng nasabing sitcom na papalit sa Daddy Di Do Du,na after six years ay magpapaalam na sa ere by the end of July. Hindi ito spoof ng Koreanovela na Full House, which starred Rain and Song Hye-kyo and was also shown on GMA-7. Iba ang istorya nito, magkahawig lang ng title.
Sa first name ng character ni Vic na Fulgencio nanggaling ang Ful sa Fulhaus title. Pia plays the wife of Vic in the sitcom. They're a happily married couple, pero wala silang anak.
Ang paboritong sidekick ni Bossing (tawag kay Vic) na si Jose Manalo plays his brother na may isang anak, BJ "Tolits" Forbes, pero iniwan ng kanyang asawa. They all share a house kasama ang mga magulang nina Vic at Jose. Veteran actor Joonee Gamboa will play the role of the father while the mother role is still uncast.
Aside from Vic, Jose, and Joonee, isa pang na-retain from the Daddy Di Do Du cast ay si Sugar Mercado, who will play the role of a female tricycle driver. Malamang magpasok pa ng bagets stars sa cast, pero wala pang names na napa-finalize.
Ang Daddy Di Do Du director na si Bert de Leon pa rin ang magdidirek ng Fulhaus, which is inspired by American comedy shows Everybody Loves Raymond (starring Ray Romano) and Two And A Half Men (starring Charlie Sheen). Co-produced pa rin ito ng M-Zet at GMA-7.
This is the same show na naunang napabalitang pagtatambalan daw nina Vic at Ai-Ai delas Alas sa Kapuso Network.
According sa aming source, hindi totoo ang nasabing balita at hindi kailanman na-bring up ang idea na pagsamahin sina Vic and Ai-Ai in one sitcom.
"We never even thought of her [Ai-Ai] dahil alam naming taga-kabila siya," maiksing rason ng isang MZet insider.
While they were brainstorming for the new show, si Direk Bert de Leon ang nagbanggit ng name ni Pia na bakit hindi ito ang kunin nilang ka-partner ni Vic, na mabilis namang sinang-ayunan ni Bossing.
Sa soon-to-be-axed Daddy Di Do Du unang nagkakilala sina Vic at Pia, when Pia guested on the show four years ago. Bago pala ito naging regular co-host ng Eat Bulaga! ay "tinesting" muna si Pia ng EB bosses sa Daddy Di Do Du.
Medyo masakit man kay Vic to let go of his six-year-old sitcom, looking forward naman daw siya to work with his lady love Pia in Fulhaus, na mapapanood sa iiwang Sunday night time slot ng Daddy Di Do Du right after All Star K! The P1M Videoke Challenge. -- PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal)

nope.. i think the question should go like this, "DO YOU AGREE W/ THE CHOICE OF VIC SOTTO as PIA's NEW REEL-LIFE PARTNER?" and my answer is.... NO,NO,NO... VIC should find somebody, the likes of DIANA.. di sila bagay ni pia, parang duling si pia... knowing vic, maganda ang taste nya pagdating sa chick.. so what happened, mr vic sotto?? why Pia? Go find somebody else, plssssss!!!!!
